My journey with eyebrows began in an unexpected yet life-changing way—I was gifted The Brow Lady, a studio located in the heart of Scottsdale, Arizona. Stepping into the role of owner, I quickly realized that while I had a strong foundation in business, I knew little about the art of brows. Determined to provide the best for my clients, I enrolled in school to learn everything I could.
My passion for brows deepened when a cancer patient came to me, worried about losing her eyebrows due to treatment. She asked if I could help, and that moment changed everything. My journey with permanent makeup began.
Her first visit was done using a tattoo machine, but I wanted her brows to look soft and natural. I kept it light, doing only two gentle passes to enhance her existing shape. Before her second appointment, I dove into research, seeking a better approach. That’s when I discovered SoftTap—a gentle, hand-tapped technique perfect for achieving a soft, shaded effect.
By her third appointment, her brows were complete. When she eventually lost her natural brows, she didn’t have to feel self-conscious—her features remained framed, and her confidence remained intact.
That experience shaped the way I approach permanent makeup today. I specialize in natural, subtle enhancements that honor each client’s unique features. Now, as The Brow Lady in Bensalem, Pennsylvania, my mission is to provide effortlessly beautiful brows while ensuring my clients feel heard, understood, and empowered—whether they’re looking for convenience, confidence, or a solution to brow loss.
