At BrowLady Shop, every product is hand-crafted, hand-filled, or hand-packed with care from our studio in Allentown, Pennsylvania. We take pride in delivering clean, safe, and beautifully presented brow-care products to your door.
Shipping Rates
We offer simple and transparent flat-rate shipping:

$5.95 flat-rate shipping on all U.S. orders

Free shipping on orders over $35
Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Handmade items such as brow scrubs and nourishing oils may require 2–3 business days during high-volume periods. Tracking information will be sent as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped through USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground, depending on the fastest option for your destination. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days within the United States.
We do not ship International at this time.

Pickup times are confirmed via text or email after your order is received.
Packaging Standards
Every product is prepared and packaged with safety and presentation in mind:

Scrubs are sealed in sanitized jars and placed in protective bags

Nourishing oils include leak-proof caps and protective wrapping

Trimmers and tools are packaged in protective sleeves

Kits include printed instructions and branded inserts
We use high-quality packaging to ensure your order arrives in excellent condition.
Return and Refund Policy – BrowLady Shop
Because our products are handmade, personal-use, and hygiene-sensitive, most items cannot be returned once shipped. However, we are committed to resolving any issues related to damaged or incorrect orders.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Nourishing oils

Brow growth products

Exfoliating brushes

Mini razors
-
Brow trimmers
-
Brow kits (Scrub-N-Grow, Holiday Kits, Brow Aftercare Kits, etc.)

Any opened or personal-care items
These items cannot be resold or restocked once shipped.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, missing an item, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
To report an issue, text or call: 610-802-0611
Include your name, order number, a photo of the issue, and a brief description.
We will replace the affected item at no additional cost.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be found:

Check with neighbors, household members, or building staff.

Wait 24–48 hours, as USPS occasionally marks packages delivered early.

If still missing, contact us for assistance in filing a claim.
While BrowLady Shop cannot refund packages marked as delivered, we will work with the carrier to seek a resolution.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After processing or shipment, cancellations are no longer possible.
